The primary objective of this role is to support end-user migration waves by addressing technical issues and inquiries during the worldwide Intune workstation migration process. This function is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition for users while acting as an operational resource under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Intervene live during worldwide Intune workstation migration to manage user incidents.
- Handle technical questions or blockers raised by users, redirecting/escalating when needed.
- Support the follow-up of workstation status post-migration.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Coordinate with support and other infrastructure teams.
- Ensure all handled issues are documented and tracked.
- Report daily to the Project Manager, summarizing issues resolved, blockers, and actions taken.
- Contribute insights into the knowledge base (FAQs, known issues, suggested improvements).
- 3+ years in IT Support or Technical Workplace Migration Projects.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11.
- Proficient in Intune and Autopilot.
- Experience with Hybrid Join.
- Quest ODM expertise.
- Familiarity with documentation tools.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
