    Job description

    IT Support Specialist


    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
    • Willingness to work on-site in our Warsaw office 
    • University degree or completed course in Information Technology or a related field
    • Practical knowledge of the operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), computer networks, and IT hardware
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
    • Very good command of English, which enables you to communicate freely
    • Proactive attitude (you like to take the initiative and come up with ideas)
    • Eagerness to grow and learn new technologies


    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to and resolve incoming IT requests and daily technical issues, including those related to network infrastructure (PCs, printers, servers, routers), as well as software and hardware
    • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade company software and hardware
    • Manage purchasing, warranties, service responsibilities, and maintenance processes for equipment. Address broken hardware issues, file RMAs, and liaise with external suppliers and IT service providers
    • Manage purchasing and maintenance of software, licenses, and digital assets for projects (Unity, Unreal, 3D Models, etc.)
    • Maintain and manage user accounts and system configurations across services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and Slack
    • Manage documentation, inventory, and cataloging of hardware and software
    • Prepare workstations and provide onboarding support for new employees. Write guides and manuals to aid user self-help
    • Suggest improvements in IT procedures and practices
