Product Manager/ Product Owner

Salary: up to 1400 PLN/MD on B2B 

Work model: hybrid from Tricity, office in Gdańsk or 100% remotely (whole Poland, we are looking for candidates open to visit the office from time to time)

Project

---

Vision and Strategy: Develops vision, strategy and deliverables of the large international Program. Ensures program is aligned with business strategies and budgets. Owns the business case for the Program, establishes and maintains cross functional and regional coordination.

Organization, Planning and Execution: Maintains ultimate responsibility regarding program objectives operating within financial and resource constraints; Manages project dependencies within the program and builds the program team. Ensures vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications are well managed.

Project Management Support: Ensures proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the program; helps develop project objectives and project scope. Act as an escalation point for project issues that impact projects' cost, schedule and / or performance. Chairs program steering committee meetings.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8-9 years of directly relevant work experience with program management
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams 
• Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations
• In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks
• Previous experience and successful track-record of learning new tools and technologies
• Experience with machine learning frameworks 
• Experience in working with top management
• Willing to organize work, open communication, resolute, asertive approach
  
  Nice to have:
• Lucid/Luicid Spark or similar
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineers
• Ability to speak to successful projects, start to finish on resume or summary strongly encouraged

 

Responsibilities You Will Have in This Position

• Drive feasibility analyses for projects, including resource planning and budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Report regularly to stakeholders, including preparing clear reporting dashboards and progress updates
• Act as a product advocate, effectively communicating product vision, value, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Evaluate and prioritize competing needs to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
• Support teams by removing roadblocks and offering guidance based on in-depth understanding of technology systems
• Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery of milestones on time and within scope
• Work closely with top management, presenting technical and strategic updates as needed
• Stay current with new tools and technologies, particularly in data science and machine learning
• Maintain open communication, take ownership of responsibilities, and demonstrate a proactive and assertive approach
