Support Service Owners and Regional Service Managers to coordinate and manage the EU Data Act commercial sub-track.
Secure that commercial input, decisions, and other deliverables (eg. pricing) are delivered as required to meet the overall project schedule and goals.
Support in the analysis of what impact EU Data Act will have on existing commercial digital services.
Conduct analysis and detail requirements on digital services ordering, provisioning, and billing flow, based on EU Data Act.
Collaborate with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and facilitate the timely delivery of legal and contractual deliverables.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor ongoing work at Group Level in related areas and update requirements and stakeholders accordingly.
Must-have skille:
Working knowledge of requirements documentation and sprint planning in Azure DevOps.
Experience in business analysis and strategic planning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including D&IT, commercial functions, legal and technology.
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Willing to invest time in understanding legal implications of EU Data Act.
