Infrastructure Engineer – Storage / Backup / Virtualization (f/m/x)

Sii teams have been supporting international clients for years in key areas of IT infrastructure, including storage administration, backup solutions, virtualization platforms, and on‑premise environments. As we continue to grow, we are now expanding our operational support for new Swiss clients. We are therefore looking for experienced Infrastructure Engineers who will strengthen our teams and contribute to high‑quality service delivery in our new engagements.

Your tasks

• Administration of storage environments: NetApp and/or Dell Isilon

• Maintenance and development of backup solutions: CommVault and/or Rubrik

• Support and operations of virtualization platforms: VMware and/or Nutanix AHV

• Day‑to‑day operational work within on‑premise infrastructure environments

• Effective communication with stakeholders and cross‑team collaboration

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: storage administration, backup solutions, or virtualization (a combination of areas is a strong asset)

• Strong understanding of on‑premise infrastructure operations

• Hands‑on approach to problem-solving, incident handling, and operational tasks

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

• Knowledge of technologies such as: NetApp, Dell Isilon, CommVault, Rubrik, VMware, Nutanix AHV

• Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
