Cloud Engineering Team Leader

Senior Cloud Engineering Manager (contract)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Warsaw (4 days/week onsite)

Tasks:

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers

• Oversee development of cloud patterns and solutions

• Partner with app teams on cloud migration and cloud-native development (AWS, hybrid)

• Champion developer onboarding experience and define product roadmap

• Ensure security-first mindset and architectural best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders and report on migration progress

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in public cloud (preferably AWS)

• Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with enterprise-scale, highly available systems and hybrid cloud

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Allowed to work on B2B in Poland
