As a Senior Finance and Project Reporting Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leader in managing complex international projects. Your role will focus on enhancing financial visibility and strategic decision-making across diverse global teams. Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Business, Finance, and PMO teams worldwide to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Manage project finance data tracking, maintenance, and reporting to support strategic insights.
- Conduct detailed forecast vs. actual spend analyses and prepare month-end summaries.
- Monitor and report on financial standings versus project milestones.
- Ensure timely updates of system feeds and oversee resource and portfolio management.
- Support recruitment efforts and contribute to team ramp-up.
- Coordinate stakeholder updates, manage process documentation, and support risk and issue monitoring.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Over 5 years of experience in Project Management Office or related finance functions.
- Strong expertise in project finance, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in platforms like JIRA, Confluence, or Clarity.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex data and generate clear, actionable insights.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in project management or finance.
- Experience in international or multicultural project environments.
