Project Manager

For our client, we are looking for a Project Manager.
B2B: 150–170 zł/h netto + VAT
Poland (fully remote)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the project (independent role, no PMO support)

• Implementation of systems, processes, and company policies into a live manufacturing plant

• Coordination between IT (GTS) and business teams (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing)

• Managing global stakeholders (US, China, Europe) across time zones

• Driving change management with focus on minimal disruption to operations

• Overseeing rollout of tools

• Tracking timelines, risks, dependencies + proactive issue resolution

• Preparing status reports, KPIs, and stakeholder communication

• Supporting SAP / procurement / finance system implementations and integrations

• Working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment

• Applying SDLC and ITIL frameworks in delivery

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Background in SAP, procurement, finance, or spend management projects

• Solid knowledge of SDLC + ITIL

• Experience in regulated environments (pharma / manufacturing) preferred

• Experience working in Waterfall delivery + Agile exposure

• Proven ability to work independently without PMO structure

• Strong change management (implementing new rules/processes in existing operations)

• Excellent stakeholder management (business + IT)

• Experience with global teams

• Flexibility in working hours (alignment with US East Coast, occasional late calls)

• Hands-on, structured, delivery-focused mindset
