Senior Linux Administrator / DevOps

Hello!

We are looking for a Senior Administrator Linux / DevOps. Our Client is an company, which specializes in IT services.

Who are we looking for?

Must Have:

• Good knowledge of the Linux system (preferred distributions: Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux) – at least 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of database administration (preferred: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB)
• Knowledge of networking
• Communicative level of English, both written and spoken (reading documentation, client contact)
• Very good command of the Polish language
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of Ansible

Nice to have:

• Experience in any programming language
• Knowledge of Azure, OpenStack, GPC
• Knowledge of Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Automation Platform
• Familiarity with developer tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Certifications: RHCE, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, ITIL, CCNP

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development team and clients in designing, installing, and maintaining infrastructure and CI/CD processes
• Providing and maintaining tools for the development team's needs
• Creating system and infrastructure documentation (primarily for internal use)
• Supporting the first-line team and creating procedures
• Performance optimization
• Administering systems in own and client infrastructure, cloud services, and databases
• Creating and maintaining test and production environments
• Automation (Ansible)
• Responding to failures, diagnosing, and resolving issues
• Providing ongoing technical support for system and infrastructure users
