We are looking for a dedicated Problem/Incident Manager who will join a project in an international consulting company.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Incidents & Problem tasks-forces and participate in decision Forums together with your team
  • Drive and coordinate the activities aiming at efficient Problem resolution, both through mitigating actions and cross-functional root cause analysis
  • Engage and communicate efficiently with relevant stakeholders to ensure quick restoration and operational stability
  • Follow up on related Problems to secure permanent fixes, i.e. by driving and facilitating a forum for cross-unit improvements
  • Be involved in strategies, development and improvement of Incident & Problem Management processes aligned with Bank’s strategies, principles and frameworks
  • Coordinate tasks and deliveries within the capability team, lead and motivate cocreation and collaboration within the team with an emphasis on transparency and an open dialogue
  • Be a role model leader, grow the team and ensure that deliveries and goals are met in a timely manner
  • Empower and coach team members to grow and develop to be at their best


Experience and background:

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in IT Incident & Problem Management within a similar regulated institution (banking, finance or similar)
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a business role driving resolution in a fast-paced environment 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to connect and collaborate with people and proven ability to get results through others 
  • Experience in driving Incidents and problem tasks-forces (superior level)
  • Experience in preparing reports and other documentation (professional level)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, respond to changes and drive actions at pace 
  • Dependable and willing to speak up – even if it is not convenient
  • ITIL certification in Incident & Problem Management is preferred
