Role Overview

As we continue to scale, continuous feature development is essential to keep our platform innovative, reliable, and competitive. Strong ideas and clear requirements are only the starting point. Turning them into high-quality, reliable releases is where real impact is made. That is why we are looking for a Project Manager (PM) who takes ownership of planning, coordination, and delivery within our development team. The Project Manager ensures that projects are clearly scoped, well-planned, and executed according to agreed timelines. You provide structure, transparency, and control across project phases while maintaining alignment between product, engineering and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Translate prioritized backlog items into structured delivery plans

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of features

• Ensure predictable and transparent delivery timelines

• Own and maintain a clean, structured Jira environment

• Ensure tickets are properly defined before development starts

• Guard workflow discipline and WIP limits

• Maintain clear visibility on status and priorities

• Escalate delivery risks when needed

• Ensure alignment between planned work and actual progress

• Facilitate daily stand-ups

• Facilitate lightweight retro’s

Required Profile

• Fluency in English is required, as we operate in an international environment

• Experience in delivery management, project management, or similar execution-focused role

• Very advanced in using AI tools to enhance productivity

• Strong experience working with Jira

• Excellent organizational and planning skills + Strong sense of ownership and accountability
