Mid-Level SAP HR Transformation Project Manager

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 remote days per week)

As a Mid-Level SAP HR Transformation Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, on a pivotal SAP S/4HANA project focused on implementing a new HR and payroll system, along with a business travel module. This initiative aims to standardize HR processes, reduce technological debt, and transition to a modern cloud architecture, significantly impacting the organization’s digital future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the SAP HCM to S/4HANA project, from planning through execution

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across multiple units, including HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and Cybersecurity

• Supervise project progress, track milestones, and report to various organizational levels

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and technology partners

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Incorporate UX and design thinking methodologies into project deliverables

• Adapt to changing environments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, especially in IT implementations or ERP HCM upgrades to SAP S/4HANA

• Proven track record in managing full-cycle SAP projects, including cloud architecture transition

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

• Ability to organize work independently and handle multiple project threads

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English and Polish

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with software implementation methodologies

• Skills in SCRUM, JIRA, and MS Project

• Knowledge of UX and design thinking integration

• Experience developing work breakdown structures and schedules

Language Required for the role:Fluent English and Polish
