We are looking for a 2nd level supporter (located in Poland) for our young dynamic team. As part of our customer service for software in the banking sector, you are the link between 1st and 3rd level support for our external support requests.
What you need:
- Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist or career changer with appropriate professional experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a supporter / support engineer in the 1st and 2nd level, preferably with an IT service provider
- Basic knowledge of Swiss payments is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
- Confident handling of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Windows Server and good knowledge of SQL
- High resilience and flexibility
- High level of self-organization
- Distinct sense of responsibility and duty
- Good knowledge of German (min B1 level)
Your main tasks
- Processing of technical support inquiries by email or in the ticket system which could not be resolved by 1st level support (2nd level support)
- Independent analysis and, if possible, correction of software errors
- Classify, edit and document support tickets
- Recording and tracking of 3rd level support tickets in the ticketing system
Additional tasks
- Cooperation and support from external and internal interfaces and locations
- Participation in the creation of documentation / instructions
- Participation in testing new products / software versions
- Openness for On Call Duty Service

- It is long-term position.
- Team: 10 members allocated to 3 sub-teams.
