Functional Application Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
System Health & Monitoring: Maintain peak application performance by using Dynatrace to identify potential bottlenecks and resolve incidents before they impact the business.
End-to-End Request Handling: Manage the full lifecycle of functional requests, including user onboarding, access management, and deep-dive technical analysis of system issues.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between Developers, Product Owners, and Business Units to align technical support with operational needs.
User Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for the user community, providing clear updates on system status, new feature releases, and technical troubleshooting.
AI & MLOps Support: Partner with Data Science teams to assist in the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning solutions through MLOps pipelines.
Continuous Optimization: Gather and analyze user insights to suggest and implement functional enhancements, specifically focusing on the performance of AI-driven products.
Technical Requirements
Kubernetes: Proficient (practical experience in managing containerized apps).
Databases: Strong command of SQL Server and Oracle.
Business Intelligence: Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
CI/CD & Monitoring: Familiarity with Jenkins and Dynatrace (Beginner level).
Agile Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
