SAP Data & Analytics Developer (BW/SAC)

We are seeking a skilled SAP Data and Analytics Developer (BW/SAC) to join a large-scale transformation program for a prominent client in the transportation sector. This role involves responsibility for data modelling, analytics enablement, and integration with analytical platforms within the SAP ecosystem. The position requires collaboration across multiple parallel workstreams focused on a major S/4HANA transformation and integration of diverse applications in the client’s IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models and analytics solutions within SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud environments.

• Design and implement ABAP OO, ABAP RAP, CDS Views, and OData services to support analytical requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration between SAP modules and external applications.

• Provide continuous development support and resolve issues identified by multiple testing teams across concurrent project streams.

• Contribute to the success of the S/4HANA transformation program by delivering complex end-to-end project implementations, focusing primarily on FI and CO modules and their related components.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP development, specifically in ABAP OO, ABAP RAP, CDS Views, and OData services.

• Strong expertise in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Experience with additional technologies such as Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Java, JavaScript, and SQL Script is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects involving multiple SAP modules.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-stream project environment and provide timely issue resolution.

• Nice to have: knowledge of additional tools and technologies such as HANA Calculation Views, Embedded Analytics, SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Jira, and SAP Solution Manager Focused Build is advantageous.
