Junior/Mid SAP FI/CO Consultant

Rate: 100 - 125 PLN/h (B2B)
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 12-month contract

Project overview

You will join a team supporting SAP systems for a German client. The role focuses on application support within SAP FI/CO and related financial areas, including incident handling and interface management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for incidents, service requests, and problem tickets

• Monitor SAP systems, analyze errors, and resolve or escalate issues

• Participate in major incident and problem management calls

• Manage and support interfaces, ensuring proper lifecycle handling

• Support SAP modules: Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Liquidity, and Contract Management

• Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SAP support environments

• Experience in 2nd line support is preferred

• Hands-on experience with SAP monitoring and technical transactions (SM37, SM12, SM13, SXMB_MONI)

• Understanding of SAP Business Partner (ZGP)

• Experience with interface and integration management

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability for occasional on-call and weekend support

• German (B2) and English (B2)
