👉 Technical Product Owner
🟣 You will be:
owning the product vision and roadmap for a developer-focused platform (PaaS-like) in the space of tools such as Railway/Vercel,
designing and evolving platform architecture, including build, deployment, and runtime systems,
translating complex infrastructure concepts (Kubernetes, cloud, containers) into simple, intuitive developer workflows,
working closely with engineering teams to make architecture-informed product decisions,
driving the development of internal platform capabilities (e.g. CI/CD, observability, deployment pipelines),
collaborating on infrastructure design across AWS, Kubernetes, and container-based workloads,
shaping developer experience (DX) with a strong focus on usability, speed, and simplicity,
iterating quickly in a 0→1 / early-stage environment, balancing speed with scalability,
partnering with stakeholders to align product direction with business goals and technical constraints,
supporting the evolution toward a more advanced platform architecture (control plane, multi-tenancy, etc.).
🟣 Your profile:
experienced Technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, or similar role in developer platforms (PaaS, CI/CD, cloud tools),
proven track record building or scaling platforms like Railway, Vercel, Netlify, or similar,
strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containers, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines,
solid knowledge of platform architecture concepts (e.g. multi-tenancy, control plane vs data plane),
experience building 0→1 or early-stage products with a strong bias toward shipping fast and iterating,
strong intuition for developer experience and simplifying complex systems,
ability to collaborate deeply with engineers and make technically grounded product decisions,
strong product mindset — balancing DX, scalability, and business impact,
comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments,
advanced English.
🟣 Nice to have:
hands-on coding experience (preferably TypeScript/NestJS or similar backend stack),
familiarity with Terraform, Helm, and Docker in production environments,
experience with observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry),
background in CI/CD systems, build pipelines, or Git-based workflows,
experience with internal developer platforms or dev tooling products,
familiarity with billing/metering systems or usage-based SaaS models,
exposure to edge computing, CDNs, or high-performance networking,
experience building developer-facing APIs or tools.
Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
