We are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner/Business Analyst
This role drives the global rollout of an integrated communication ecosystem combining telephony, Salesforce Service Cloud and AI‑powered LLM capabilities. It blends strategic product ownership with deep business analysis, ensuring that complex regional requirements translate into a unified, scalable global solution
What you will do
Conduct in‑depth business analysis across regions, translating legal, functional and technical requirements into a cohesive global strategy.
Design end‑to‑end workflows illustrating integrations between telephony platforms (e.g., Genesys), Salesforce Service Cloud and AI/LLM layers.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories and define acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
Ensure compliance with telephony, data privacy and AI‑related regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Prepare SRA, URS and UAT documentation and coordinate validation activities.
Define and protect the MVP scope, balancing delivery deadlines with user experience and operational needs.
What we are looking for
5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of CTI/telephony integrations and call‑flow logic.
Familiarity with LLM use cases such as transcription, summarization and workflow automation.
Skilled in process modelling (BPMN/UML) using tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
Experienced in global stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
Comfortable working in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) with Jira.
