We are looking for a Business Analyst who will connect business needs with technical delivery in a rapidly expanding digital health environment. The ideal candidate will help shape scalable data and technology ecosystems supporting digital biomarker research, working closely with both technical and non‑technical teams. This role is key to driving the evolution of innovative solutions that enable continuous, real‑world health data collection.

What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and users, ensuring their needs and feedback shape product development. Build strong relationships and maintain regular communication to align on priorities.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the broader business context while developing deep expertise in the product. Identify optimization opportunities and track key performance indicators such as system performance, cost efficiency, and other relevant metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define scalable system architectures and address technical challenges, including data integration, processing pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and reduce the risk of misalignment.
• Support the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

What we are looking for

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements and align priorities across teams.
• Experience working with engineering teams to define system architectures and address technical challenges related to scalability and data integration.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), data processing systems, and modern software development practices.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git‑based platforms, or project management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of balancing strategic thinking with attention to product‑level detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, business value, and thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent active listening and mediation skills, enabling you to navigate differing perspectives and drive toward shared solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, healthcare regulations) is an advantage.
