Salesforce Developer (Einstein Specialist, Agentforce)

We are seeking an Agentforce Developer with expertise in hands on implementation and Salesforce automation to enhance Belfius’ customer engagement capabilities. This role focuses on implementing intelligent workflows and integrating Agentforce features into the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Agentforce components within Salesforce.

• Configure and optimize Einstein AI features for predictive analytics and automation.

• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Agentforce workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Agentforce implementation

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.

• Ability to analyze complex workflows and optimize processes.

• Certifications in Salesforce and Einstein are a strong plus.

• Quick adaptability and readiness for fast onboarding.
