Agentforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce Agentforce configurations, agent actions, and integrate Einstein AI features.

• Write custom logic, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) using Apex.

• Manage agent lifecycles, QA frameworks, and version control discipline.

• Develop API integrations from agents using REST/GraphQL calls.

• Handle DevOps tasks including CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, and release governance.

• Apply security best practices such as least-privilege design and field-level security.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

• At least one Agentforce or Einstein Copilot production delivery is required.

• Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models.

• Test-first discipline with a zero-defect mindset.

• Proactive communication skills to raise blockers and data quality issues early.
