• Budget: 180- 190 PLN net/ h- B2B

• Project length: Long-term

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)

Project scope:

• Developing and maintaining applications based on Guidewire ClaimCenter

• Participating in the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software solutions

• Collaborating closely with development teams and technical stakeholders

• Designing and delivering scalable and high-performance applications

• Ensuring software quality, optimization, and long-term maintainability

• Working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing solutions

• Applying software engineering best practices, including clean code and design patterns

• Supporting application performance improvements and troubleshooting activities

Competence demands:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience working as Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

• Strong knowledge of Gosu and SQL

• Experience with modern CI/CD environments and build pipelines (Git, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: OOP, functional programming, concurrency, and design patterns

• Ability to design and scale high-performance applications with a focus on optimization

• Experience working in agile development environments

• Very good English skills
