THE WORK:
Be part of our business transformation projects, creating solutions that will redefine the insurance services and positively impact client experiences.
Customization and Configuration - design, develop, and test scalable solutions within Guidewire’s insurance claims management system - ClaimCenter.
Collaborate and Advise different stockholders during entire project lifecycle using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
Support clients IT and business users in a digital transformation of key systems, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
Quality Assurance: create solutions with performance and quality in mind. Use proven methodologies and validation processes.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that ATC way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or similar
Hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter customization process, preferably confirmed by relevant certification. Specialization in areas like automation, fraud detection, migration or cloud implementation would be additional asset.
Ideal candidate would have strong Object Oriented Programing skills and analytical mindset.
Familiar with SQL, Git, JIRA and Agile delivery process.
Domain knowledge, understanding of P&C Insurance.
Eager to share knowledge, maintain high standards and best practices.
Strong communicator with fluency in English.
Natural consultant: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills.
