Power Platform Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team, focusing on delivering business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who are comfortable working across multiple tools rather than specializing in a single component. You will collaborate with cross-functional (fusion) teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications and automations that drive business efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and fusion teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform applications and workflows

• Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, security, and governance

• Support integration of Power Platform with other Microsoft and external systems

Expectations:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Solid knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse

• Ability to work across multiple tools without deep specialization in a single area

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment

• Effective communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional teams
