Job Description

We are looking for Mid/Senior Salesforce Developer for a technological company based in America.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

• Implement business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

• Develop and customize user interfaces in Lightning Experience in line with business requirements.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to refine and deliver requirements.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing (Apex tests), and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Support deployment and release processes across environments (CI/CD, change sets, DevOps tools).

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including debugging and performance optimization.

• Contributing to solution and integration architecture design.

• Mentoring junior developers and supporting technical growth within the team.

• Driving technical standards and best practices across Salesforce projects.

• Work model: Remote from Poland (working hours in ETC time)

• Type of contract: B2B

• Rate: 160-200 PLN net per hour

• Project: Long-term

• Start: ASAP-1 month
