L2 Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an L2 Support Engineer for an existing Azure-native project. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving incidents and performing maintenance activities for Azure-based applications.

Working hours: 3:00 AM - 10:00 AM CET

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support by monitoring and resolving incidents
• Perform routine maintenance and support tasks for Azure-native applications
• Collaborate with the development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Continuously monitor system performance and health using tools like App Insights/Azure Monitor to proactively identify and address potential issues
• Assist in maintaining and improving infrastructure using Terraform
• Support Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management, and Application Gateway
• Document incident resolutions, procedures, and configurations as needed

Our Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diverse roles within the manufacturing industry
• 3-4 years of experience on Maintenance, prior experience in L2 support or a related role
• Basic experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management)
• Familiarity with cloud computing and DevOps practices
• Understanding of monitoring tools such as App Insights/Elastic/Splunk/Grafana
• English on communicative level (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills for incident reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.
