Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Technical IT education or during IT studies
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
  • Very good knowledge of Windows systems and Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP issues 
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software and knowledge of user access management processes
  • Basic knowledge of software: Jira, Redmine, GitLab, MS Teams

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Apple systems (macOS, iOS)
  • Experience in software administration: Jira, GitLab, Testlink, Redmine, Workspace

Key Tasks:

  • Coordinating the onboarding of new employees from the technical side - creating accounts, issuing equipment, configuration support
  • Handling offboarding of employees - revoking privileges, verifying the return of equipment
  • Handling requests in ticketing systems, including those for workstations, printers and mobile devices
  • Providing local and remote IT support to employees for daily operations
  • Management of IT documentation and infrastructure
  • Working closely with other Internal IT units and the Backoffice
  • Occasional delegations to other company branches for on-site technical support.
