We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for application support, task coordination, and supervising Junior Specialists, while collaborating with international teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and changes related to application support.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Junior Specialists.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure a high standard of service.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
- Plan and organize team tasks efficiently.
- Support projects and operational activities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as second-line support.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle) and SQL (MS SQL, PL/SQL).
- Experience with Unix/Linux, SharePoint, and Documentum platforms.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, IIS 7, and HP ALM/HP Quality Center.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate.
- Quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle.
