Job description
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of business and IT solution demands within the PLM ecosystem.
- Manage changes affecting the quality assurance (QA) integrity of the PLM system.
- Coordinate and oversee vendor activities, including system changes, troubleshooting, and ServiceNOW executions.
- Facilitate interactions with business customers, leaders, and solution architecture discussions.
- Manage and maintain critical QA documentation, ensuring a validated system environment.
- Oversee vendor support tickets and facilitate discussions outside vendor reach.
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Proven experience with Windchill and its components.
- Strong knowledge of scientific computing, visualization, and advanced software engineering.
- Experience in project management, particularly in quality assurance (QA) processes.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Additional experience with CAD software is a plus.
