Founding Product Manager

What we're looking for

• Experience working with armed forces

• Ability to obtain French security clearance or willingness to travel to Ukraine

• Founder/entrepreneurial experience (nice to have)

About the role

As a Founding Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers, engineering, and the business. Your responsibilities will include:- Spending time with customers to understand their needs and the scope of the product. You will need to understand the competitive landscape, particularly in relation to state-of-the-art voice LLM.- Communicating customer requirements to the engineering team, prioritizing tasks, and helping to close the gap between the current product capabilities and the ideal solutions for customers' problems.- Working closely with the founders to align product development with the overall business strategy, managing the roadmap for the first products.You will need to be prepared to start from scratch, handle uncertainty, engage in rapid prototyping, and perform tasks that may not scale initially. The focus will initially be on customer and competitive research, transitioning later to roadmap execution and engineering collaboration.
