Summary 

We are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Analyst to lead the development and optimization of our Dynamic Pricing solutions within the flight booking engine. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and sales teams to create innovative pricing strategies that enhance revenue and improve customer experience. To be successful in your role, you have strong communication and collaboration skills that will allow you to clearly articulate the needs of your customers.

Senior Dynamic Pricing Analyst

Role Location 

Warsaw, Poland; anywhere with +/- 4 hours max to Dubai time

Key responsibilities 

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the Dynamic Pricing feature within both aggregator and airline booking platform. 

• Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to inform product development. 

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop intelligent pricing algorithms and real-time pricing adjustments. 

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and technical feasibility. 

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement. 

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamic Pricing features into the overall platform. 

• Stay updated on industry regulations, airline policies, and emerging technologies impacting airline pricing. 

• Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams and partners as needed. 

• Clearly articulate the scope and acceptance criteria of new product features, together with the key outcomes that are expected to be achieved and how these will be measured.

• Ensure that the finalized and developed product features meet the acceptance criteria that were originally defined.

• Validate and measure the success of the product feature and draw conclusions from these measurements to identify further opportunities.

• Upskill peers and colleagues by sharing your experience and domain knowledge.

Skills and competencies 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pricing domain, preferably within the airline/travel industry. 

• Strong understanding of dynamic pricing models, revenue management, and airline industry dynamics. 

• Experience working with data analytics, machine learning models, or related technologies. 

• Worked in Agile environments with associated tools like JIRA and Confluence. 

• Strong verbal communication skills combined with excellent writing and presentation skills to formulate Product Features/Requirements that are clear and understandable by both customer and technical engineering teams. 

• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate and collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes. 

• Self-organizing with ability to handle multiple streams of work.
