You must:

Have a solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming

Have solid experience (can be academic) in training machine learning models

Have good knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Be open for occasional travels

Be open for various projects

Be able to communicate fluently in English

Be willing to learn from teammates and on your own

Be a quick learner and problem-solver (not a cliche, we mean it)

Nice if you:

Have commercial experience in software development

Have commercial experience in Machine Learning
