🔍 About the Role
As a Junior Researcher, you’ll participate in cutting-edge AI research and receive hands-on training during a 12-month assignment at the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China. After the first year, you’ll continue your work remotely from your home country, preferably within Central or Eastern Europe.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking early-career professionals with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for AI:

Graduates or postgraduates from top technical universities in Europe (especially in CEE)

Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related fields

Strong academic achievements; participation in programming or science competitions (e.g., Olympiads, ACM ICPC, Kaggle) is a plus
Foundational understanding of:

Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing

Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar

High motivation to relocate for 12 months to China and work in a multicultural, fast-paced R&D environment

Solid English skills and a collaborative mindset
