Generative AI Engineer

Role Overview

We're seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join our team at 10Clouds. This role focuses on prompt engineering, AI tool optimization, and helping clients implement GenAI solutions and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize prompts for various AI products and business applications

Develop, debug and monitor agentic AI solutions in Python

Execute expert-level prompt engineering across multiple LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini)

Apply advanced AI concepts including context engineering, context compression, and tool usage methodologies

Conduct client discovery sessions to understand AI implementation needs

Present AI strategies and recommendations to stakeholders

Stay current with AI tools, platforms, and industry trends

Work with agent frameworks and emerging protocols (MCP, agent protocols)

Perform AI model selection and evaluation for specific use cases and ROI assessment

Integrate AI systems with existing infrastructure through APIs and system integrations

Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with existing development workflows

Monitor, log, and deploy AI systems in production environments

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Background

• 1+ years of professional experience in AI implementation, or related technical roles (focused on generative AI era)

• 1+ years of experience in Python or other backend focused programming language

• Proven track record of successful AI agent development and deployment

• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders

• Portfolio of implemented AI projects ready to demonstrate during interview process

Core AI & Prompt Engineering Skills:

• Expert-level prompt engineering across multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Gemini)

• Deep understanding of modern AI capabilities and limitations across different use cases

• Knowledge of advanced AI concepts: context engineering, context compression, tool usage methodologies

• Experience with agent frameworks and emerging protocols (MCP, agent protocols)

• Understanding of AI model selection for specific use cases

• Ability to evaluate AI tool effectiveness and ROI

Technical Skills

• Basic Python programming knowledge - ability to implement AI solutions and work with AI frameworks (willingness to expand technical skills is valued)

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks or eagerness to learn

• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

• General software development concepts - version control, debugging, basic system architecture

• Understanding of how AI integrates with existing development workflows

• Willingness to learn production system practices (monitoring, logging, deployment)

Communication & Consulting Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication skills for translating AI concepts into business value

• Experience with process mapping and business optimization

• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple client engagements

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level)

• Demonstrated passion for AI with portfolio of practical implementations

• Ability to learn new AI tools and platforms quickly

• Client-focused mindset with consulting experience
