Job description

Join STX Next – Europe’s largest Python & JavaScript AI Powerhouse! Are you passionate about building high-performance mobile experiences? We are looking for an Experienced React Native Developer who wants to shape the architecture of scalable cross-platform applications and work in a truly developer-friendly environment.

Your Role & Impact

• Architecting & Building: Design and implement robust, high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.

• Quality Leadership: Ensure code excellence through rigorous Code Reviews and Mentoring.

• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams in an Agile, product-focused mindset.

• Growth: Beyond coding, you can influence project estimations, share knowledge through lightning talks, workshops and articles or if you wish participate in technical sales.

Requirements

Must have:

• The Mobile Core: Solid commercial experience in React Native and React.

• Type Safety: Professional-grade knowledge of TypeScript (100% of our RN projects use it).

• State Management: Fluency in libraries like Redux, MobX, or similar.

• Quality First: Practical experience with unit testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library) and a "clean code" mindset.

• Foundations: Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), functional programming, and CSS-in-JS.

• Communication: English at a minimum B2 level (working with international clients).

Nice to have:

• Native Bridges: Experience writing native modules and components (Objective-C/Swift for iOS or Java/Kotlin for Android).

• Fullstack Awareness: Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

• Modern API: Experience with GraphQL & Apollo Client.

• Mobile DevOps: Proficiency with Bitrise, Fastlane, and store management (Google Play Console, Apple AppStore Connect).

• Testing Mastery: Experience with Detox for E2E testing.

• Tooling: Knowledge of app configuration in Android Studio and Xcode.
