Mobile Lead Developer (React Native)

We’re looking for a Mobile Lead Developer (React Native) who wants more than just implementing features. Someone who enjoys taking ownership of the mobile area, shaping technical direction, and building high-quality products together with a strong team.

You won’t just “code screens” - you’ll help define how mobile apps are built, scaled, and maintained in our projects.

Tech stack

You’ll primarily work with:

• React Native

• TypeScript

• REST / GraphQL APIs

• CI/CD pipelines for mobile

• App Store / Google Play deployment processes

Nice to have:

• Experience with Supabase

• Experience with native modules (iOS / Android basics)

• Knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools

Your role & responsibilities

As a Mobile Lead Developer, you will:

• Lead the mobile area in selected projects

• Design and maintain mobile architecture

• Make technical decisions with scalability and maintainability in mind

• Collaborate closely with backend and web developers

• Support and guide other developers working on mobile features

• Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance standards

• Participate in client meetings when needed (technical input & estimations)

• Take ownership of mobile releases and deployment processes

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a leader by mindset, not just title.

You are someone who:

• Has 5+ years of commercial experience in mobile development

• Has strong hands-on experience with React Native

• Understands mobile architecture and app lifecycle deeply

• Has experience leading mobile initiatives or projects

• Can make technical decisions and explain the reasoning behind them

• Writes clean, maintainable, production-ready code

• Communicates clearly in English (min. B2+)

• Speaks Polish fluently (C1 or native - must-have)

• Enjoys working in a team and sharing knowledge

You know when to decide independently - and when to involve others.

Recruitment process

1. HR Interview (30 min) A conversation about your experience, motivations, and expectations.

2. Short Analytical Test A short logical and analytical test to assess attention to detail and structured thinking.

3. Technical Interview (60 min) A meeting with one of our Tech Leads where we discuss:

   • mobile architecture

   • performance and scalability

   • decision-making as a lead

   • how you use AI tools in your daily work

4. Final Interview (30 min) A conversation with our Head of Delivery focused on:

   • leadership mindset

   • ownership and teamwork

   • collaboration with clients

   • long-term growth

5. Decision Usually within one week after the final interview.
