Senior Project Manager (Embedded)

This role is a combination of account management and delivery. This is a unique opportunity for professionals in the area who are ready to lead exciting projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to our dynamic, growing company.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as Software Delivery Manager, with a proven track record in managing complex systems for global clients
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales activities, including bidding and offer preparation
• Experience in embedded domains
• Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices
• Expertise in modern agile and iterative methodologies
• Fluent English (C1)
• Flexibility to travel to the client’s site from time to time (once a quarter)

• Flexibility to work across US and EU time zones
• Experience in conducting workshops with clients 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts
• Analyze and define development plans with the customer
• Support the preparation and review of offers
• Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery
• Create & update the Account Plans for the customer
• Proactively proposing solutions to current customers
• Manage multiple teams
