Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will work closely with clients, ensure their satisfaction, and effectively lead projects with complex structures. We are seeking someone who combines business maturity, strong interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience in project and team management.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Working closely with clients at every stage of project delivery.

• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and building long-term business relationships.

• Managing fixed-price projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and profitability.

• Preparing project estimations, proposals, and supporting the sales process from a project management perspective.

• Managing client accounts and developing cooperation within existing partnerships.

• Leading project teams, including line management responsibilities within a complex organizational structure.

• Building, developing, and optimizing PMO processes.

• Conducting difficult conversations with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Maintaining team motivation and project health, including risk identification and corrective actions.

• Monitoring project progress, budgets, schedules, and delivery quality.

 You will be the best fit if you have: 

• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in managing fixed-price projects.

• Hands-on experience in project estimation, proposal preparation, and project scoping.

• Experience in client relationship management and account management.

• Experience in managing both project and line teams.

• Highly developed soft skills, including communication, assertiveness, business empathy, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations and make decisions in challenging situations.

• Strong understanding of project management best practices and experience in building and improving PMO processes.

• Ability to maintain team engagement and motivation while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• PRINCE2 or PMI PMP certification.

• Technical background that supports understanding of project contexts and collaboration with specialized teams.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
