Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and align them effectively with Salesforce capabilities to deliver optimal solutions.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within scope.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations and best practices to continuously enhance solutions and service offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant/Product Owner/Business Analyst or in a similar role with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications demonstrating expertise across various aspects of the platform.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
