Senior System Analyst / Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business & System Analyst to support the redesign and development of a Customer Portal (B2B platform), which will become the primary communication channel with clients.

The current version of the portal has received negative feedback from pilot users, so the key focus is on simplicity, usability (UX), and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes end-to-end, with a holistic and improvement-oriented mindset

• Lead and support UX/UI workshops, user research, and process analysis

• Identify optimization opportunities beyond current system limitations

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions

• Define functional and system requirements for a large-scale customer portal

• Support the design of a platform integrated with:

  • CRM systems

  • Contact Center solutions

  • Operational/backend systems

• Contribute to building a scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance platform

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in complex environments

• Ability to understand business processes holistically and propose improvements

• Solid understanding of IT systems, architecture, and integrations

• Experience working on large-scale digital platforms or customer-facing systems

• Practical knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to challenge existing solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B portals or customer platforms

• Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations

• Experience in data-driven environments or large organizations

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or modern data platforms
