Agile Project Manager

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Project Management, specifically within Agile/SAFe environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex project timelines and risks.

• Certification in SAFe (e.g., SAFe APM or PO/PM) or PMP/Agile equivalent is a plus.

• Fluency in English and experience in international project coordination. (C1)

Project description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead international projects within our SAFe ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between agile delivery and traditional project governance, ensuring that complex initiatives remain on track, within scope, and aligned with our financial objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee budget and resource allocation. Manage actuals vs. forecast, and create strategies to mitigate any shortfalls in project timeline or budget.

• Maintain comprehensive project plans. Anticipate, mitigate, and manage project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

• Align project milestones with PI (Program Increment) objectives and participate in ART (Agile Release Train) synchronization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for project status, reporting on progress and resource utilization via Azure DevOps.

• Ensure the right talent is allocated to the right tasks to optimize delivery
