Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution, leading a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation project. This initiative focuses on standardizing HR and payroll systems, reducing technological debt, and transitioning to a cloud-based architecture to ensure the organization’s future readiness. Your expertise will help shape innovative HR solutions and optimize business processes, fueling digital transformation at scale.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the entire lifecycle of the SAP HCM to S/4HANA project, from planning to go-live.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, legal, finance, and cybersecurity units.

• Supervise project progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders at all levels.

• Maintain strong communication with suppliers and technology partners.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Incorporate UX and design thinking principles into project delivery.

• Organize and manage multiple project streams independently and effectively.

• Adapt to changing environments, demonstrating agility and stakeholder management skills.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, especially in IT implementations.

• Proven success in managing SAP S/4HANA or ERP HCM upgrade projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.

• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and working with diverse units.

• Familiarity with SAP implementation environments and UX/design thinking.

• Fluency in Polish and English (C1 required).

• Hands-on experience with work breakdown structures, schedules, and project tools like JIRA and MS Project.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple work threads, and deliver results in a complex environment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology.

• Certifications related to project management or SAP.

• Experience with software implementation methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent Polish and English (C1 level).
