IT Project Manager

For our Client, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will lead HR digitalization initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP-related environments, ideally SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

This role requires an independent and structured professional who can effectively manage complex projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

📍 Location: Poznań (hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

🚀 Your responsibilities

• Independently lead IT projects related to HR digitalization, including projects run with the SAP Activate methodology

• Contribute to the preparation of business cases for new initiatives

• Work closely with the Business Owner, project team, and steering committee

• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

• Manage project escalations and resolve risks and blockers

• Lead project teams by setting priorities, planning schedules, delegating tasks, and supervising execution

• Create and maintain project documentation

• Cooperate with internal and external service providers

• Identify and manage project risks, including mitigation plans

• Present project status updates to stakeholders and management

• Conduct lessons learned sessions after project completion to improve future initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex IT projects

• Experience working with SAP environments, ideally SAP SuccessFactors implementations or HR systems

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams in matrix organizations

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies

• English at B2/C1 level

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills

• High level of independence and ownership

• Ability to present project updates clearly to stakeholders and management

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
