Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Scope:

• Maintain and support existing MS Dynamics CRM solutions according to SLA agreements.

• Design, estimate, document, and implement enhancements or new solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on CRM projects.

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and external parties.

• Organize and conduct training sessions, demos, and workshops.

• Test, review, and ensure code quality across CRM implementations.

• Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to team members.

  
  

Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE

• Experience with system customizations: Forms, Web Resources, Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure: Web Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web Services.

• Proficiency in .Net, ASP.Net Visual Studio.

• Familiarity with Angular, HTML/XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML/XSL and web services.

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power Pages

• Knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Journeys within Dynamics 365.
