Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

Our Client is one of the largest e-commerce and retail organizations in Europe, developing advanced technological solutions that support business and financial operations at scale.

The project focuses on the development, optimization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) in an international environment.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant who combines strong business and system expertise, supporting the development of key processes and the organization’s expansion.

WORK MODE: 100% Remote

🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing, implementing, and developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across financial and operational areas

• Analyzing business processes (finance, supply chain, sales) and identifying opportunities for optimization in terms of efficiency and system performance

• Configuring and customizing the system, and collaborating with development teams on new functionalities

• Integrating D365 F&O with other systems (e.g., ERP, external systems) and ensuring data and process consistency

• Preparing project documentation (requirements, test scenarios, user manuals) and conducting testing activities

• Supporting end users, delivering training sessions, and resolving ongoing system-related issues

🔍 REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

• Strong knowledge of one or more areas: Finance, SCM (Supply Chain Management), Commerce

• Experience in business process analysis and working at the intersection of IT and business

• Hands-on experience with system configuration and customization, as well as designing efficient solutions

• Experience in system integrations and collaboration with technical teams

• Native-level Polish and English at least at B2 level

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in retail or e-commerce industry

• Knowledge of SAP systems and ERP integrations

• Understanding of legal and financial regulations (e.g., KSeF – National e-Invoicing System)

• Experience working in international environments or system roll-outs

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
