Dynamics 365 CRM Architect (f/m/x)

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

Your tasks

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies

• Designing and developing solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform

• Analyzing business and technical requirements and recommending best practices

• Overseeing the technical quality of delivered solutions, identifying risks and potential issues

• Supporting the creation of architectural and technical documentation

• Providing mentorship and knowledge-sharing to less-experienced team members

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform

• Practical experience in designing solutions for large and complex IT environments

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules

• Familiarity with Power Platform (e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate)

• Experience with integrations using Azure services

• Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication

• Fluent in Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
