Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner (f/m/x)
Customer Engagement Platform (CEP/CRM) Product Owner will have overall responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics platform, commercial processes, and data within the platform. The role will work with the Commercial Growth Director to define, implement, and continuously optimise standard and efficient commercial processes (lead and opportunity management, account and key account management, pricing & CPQ) across our markets (TCGs) and regions/countries. These processes should be fully aligned and supported within the MS Dynamics platform. A key responsibility of the role will be driving process/platform adoption (working with the operational excellence team), including leading process/platform training for the Commercial team.
The Product Owner will manage the relationship with our platform partner, ensuring there is a long-term vision for the platform (fully exploiting the capabilities of the platform, especially in the area of AI/data and automation), a clear and aligned roadmap, and a transparent development backlog. The product owner should ensure the quality, delivery, and effective use of the partner's expertise.
Your tasks
Review new ideation for process/platform improvements
Prioritise improvement initiatives and backlog
Define requirements/user stories for process/platform improvements
Coordinate development tasks, testing, and implementation
Develop proposals and business cases for new projects
Obtain approvals for new projects
Own and drive process development/improvement projects
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) (Sales/Customer Service/Marketing processes) and understanding of platform capabilities, administration concepts, environment management, and end-to-end solution lifecycle management
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a platform owner or product owner role
Highly process-oriented, with experience owning commercial processes covering process design, implementation, and change management
Experience building a high-performing product/solution team with clear ways of working (backlog management, prioritization, delivery governance, release planning)
Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders to translate business strategy into product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes
Familiar with functional descriptions, feature design, and service design methodologies
Excellent practical English skills
Fluent in Polish required
Residing in Poland required
Nice-to-have requirements
Experience with AI agents and workflow automation, and integrating other platforms into Microsoft Dynamics
Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-910, PL-200/PL-210 (or equivalent), demonstrating strong platform knowledge and a continuous learning mindset
Knowledge of integrations/ system implementation/ coding would be beneficial
