About project

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join a strategic ML Scoring domain for Sponsored Offers for one of the leading e-commerce marketplace clients.
In this role, you will provide expert analytical leadership, support product decision-making, and build a decision-quality analytics layer to improve prioritization, experimentation, and KPI governance.

Language: English B2+, Polish required

Job responsibilities

• Providing expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions within the ML Scoring domain for Sponsored Offers,

• Translating complex product hypotheses into robust analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders,

• Developing and maintaining a decision-quality analytics layer to enhance product prioritization, experimentation quality, and KPI governance,

• Designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B tests, statistical analysis, and recommendation framing,

• Defining, validating, and governing product KPI sets to support iterative product delivery,

• Preparing executive-ready analytical conclusions, decision memos, and data storytelling materials,

• Collaborating closely with product, data, ML, and business stakeholders.
  
  

Expectations

• Proven track record in independently delivering complex analytical projects that drive product or business decisions,

• Advanced mastery of SQL, including optimization of high-scale analytical queries and automated metric pipelines,

• Proficiency in Python-based analytical workflows, ensuring reproducible and version-controlled data analysis,

• Expert-level experience in experimentation, including A/B testing design, statistical interpretation, and strategic recommendation framing,

• Strong ability to translate strategic goals into structured analytical frameworks and clear, actionable conclusions for senior stakeholders,

• Extensive experience in defining, validating, and governing product KPIs,

• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools while maintaining strict analytical rigor and methodology traceability,

• Experience with SQL/ BigQuery, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio,

• Experience in AdTech, marketplace ranking, causal inference methods, GCP cloud-native environments, or mentoring teams will be considered a strong asset
