Senior UX Designer

We are looking for the Senior UX Designer.

The client is responsible for delivering IT projects for both Polish and international clients. The team handles a wide range of activities — from designing, building, and implementing solutions, to developing functional specifications and analyzing data in source systems. Their work also includes defining business requirements, supporting testing processes, and creating mobile applications. Within the department, IT advisory services are provided, mainly for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years professional experience in product, UI or UX design, ideally as a generalist,

• A solid understanding of UX process and methodologies, ideally coupled with prior experience defining and creating user stories, user personas and user journey diagrams,

• Experience creating high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, coupled with basic proficiency in at least one of the leading design programs (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure etc.),

• A solid grasp of data visualization best practices,

• Exceptional care for detail, clarity and aesthetics,

• Exceptional communication skills required for day to day coordination with people of diverse backgrounds,

• English B2/C1

Nice to have:

• Experience closely working with dev teams (front-end / back-end developers, solution architects, etc.),

• Experience conducting user research, including design workshops, stakeholder interviews or other live requirements gathering sessions of a similar nature,

• Experience working in a consulting firm or similar client-facing environment,

• Hands on experience designing business applications and data analytics driven products,

• Hands on experience or prior exposure to Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI),

• A solid grasp of interaction and motion design trends and best practices,

• Experience in usability testing and quantitative UX research methods,

• A ‘growth mindset’ sought after in a fast-moving, digital technologies space,

• Awareness of or knowledge of front-end programming basics (HTML, React, JavaScript).
