Product Designer

We’re looking for a strong, experienced Product Designer with a FinTech background – someone who can operate confidently within a large enterprise environment and contribute to shaping a mature design culture across the organization.

Currently, we’re developing an application for our international client in the FinTech industry, dedicated to banks and financial institutions.

Your Daily Missions

• Working closely with the Product Owner on the usability backlog – identifying and resolving usability issues, improving user flows, and elevating product experience.

• Combining innovative thinking, technical understanding, and financial domain knowledge to translate business requirements into effective, user-centered design solutions.

• Close collaboration with Front-End Development teams to ensure smooth design-to-dev handover and implementation quality.

• Maintaining and improving the existing design system, while leading the creation of its next-generation version.

• Actively contributing to the growth of the design team and helping build a strong, collaborative design culture within a global enterprise context.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, ideally within FinTech or other data-intensive B2B SaaS products.

• Proven experience in building or maintaining design systems at scale.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills – ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex systems into clear, usable design solutions.

• Excellent command of Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design system management.

• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
